first time damn late 4 running..

than run a few min than fell down n sprain my ankle...
damn pain...chua ask derrick 2 help me 2 walk back 2 mr mani there..
derrick noe the road not flat ground so he piggy bag me...
must really thank.. n the thing is i m fat n heavy..
he can still piggy bag.. must thank him...
haha.. so sweet of him...
but he also not sweet.. he say three time 2 us the floor is not flat ground..
the three time he say.. a few sec.. i fell down.. all his fault..
haha.. ok.. i dun be bad..
than we go pizza hut eat...
nice man.. haha...
than go watch movie wif suet....

my legs r heavy now..

but i happy than i break my timing..

tis week is full wif packing day...haha
on mon go back 2 sjc 2 have chalet...
i stay ovenight .. i also help out in the CIP..
cleaing the beach.. the beach is damn dirty..
i hope any ppl use the changi beah pls throw the rubbish in the bin next 2 u...
tis i do in the morning... than around 4.30 .. is BBQ...
we got alot of funny in the BBQ...
aroung 1 plus.. we go 2 changi village 2 c gays...
u noe wat??
the gays r very pretty then a normal gals....

but i dun wish 2 be like them...
coz they r gays...
not mean hurt their felling...

i go tampines fire station wif the sec2 n ms ong.. coz they dun noe how 2 go ...
after than i meet derrick @ the tampines bus interchange...
we go 2gether.. he go 4 his lesson i go 4 my track camp meeting n bl meeting..
than around 4 plus i should 4 training but i got fever...
so i went home.. n slp...
on wed
is bl NIE teacher coming 2 c our sch...
we got alot of feed back 2 our teacher who in change of the NIE teacher...
than we eat FOC feed.. haha

i go back 2 sch 2 have training...
running 2 set of 5 round...
than there will be a 6 min break...
wow.. i manger 2 run finish..
