tis i do in the morning... than around 4.30 .. is BBQ...
we got alot of funny in the BBQ...

we go 2gether.. he go 4 his lesson i go 4 my track camp meeting n bl meeting..
than around 4 plus i should 4 training but i got fever...
so i went home.. n slp...

is bl NIE teacher coming 2 c our sch...
we got alot of feed back 2 our teacher who in change of the NIE teacher...
than we eat FOC feed.. haha

running 2 set of 5 round...
than there will be a 6 min break...
wow.. i manger 2 run finish..
